A Secretary is needed in our Hove location to support our Business Services Department by managing daily administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business activities.

Description

  • Manage and organise all administrative tasks within the business services department.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.

  • Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
