Receptionist/Concierge
Location: Hove
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary
We now have exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Concierge to join one of our major client's team within the FM sector based in the Hove area on a Temporary basis with the vie start ASAP.
Shifts :
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Role Responsibility:
- Point of Contact/Meet and greet for all visitors
- Answer/transfer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a smart, professional reception area always
- Complete daily periodic checks of all stationery hubs and tea points to ensure tidiness and stock levels are replenished
- To assist and support the reception team when required to sign in visitors, issuing the health
- Management/Set up of meeting rooms
- Provide operational suppport to any internal events
The Ideal Candidate:
- Corporate Reception experience (Desirable)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
