To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate practical experience of implementing a UCD approach. This should include playing a lead role in implementing UCD Methods and adopting an evidence based approach that uses UCD to provide usable solutions that address the needs of the business. In addition to your functional role, the role will include acting as a coach and mentor in building a UCD culture. Identifying skills gaps and playing key role in building the knowledge and capability. At a practical level you will lead the development of the processes and procedures that will create an effective UCD Design function across the organisation and with partners.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 - 2 days per week in our clients office in East Sussex
