You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day supervision of contracts, ensuring thatoperatives are working efficiently and productively, and ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out per industry regulations.
Location:Brighton, Hastings, and Worthing.
Responsibilities:
- day-to-day supervision of contracts, ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
- ensuring that suppliers' and subcontractors works are carried out according to industry regulations
- Liaising with the residents and customers and dealing with any queries or issues
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
- Regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the contracts manager
- Attend pre-inspections and handover to the client
- Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8 AM to 5 PM
