TPF Recruitment is currently assisting one of our esteemed clients in recruiting for the position of Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountants to join their dynamic team based in our Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily management of a diverse portfolio of client accounts under the supervision of a Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Preparation of individual, partnership, and company tax returns.
  • Conducting bookkeeping tasks including VAT returns submission.
  • Adhering to budgets and time constraints.
  • Effective management of work in progress (WIP) through budget control and prompt billing.
  • Oversight and review of assigned tasks.
  • Compliance with accountancy regulations and quality controls.
  • Responsive communication with clients via phone and written correspondence.
  • Provision of technical advice and support to clients on various accounting matters.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or currently pursuing qualification.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills.
  • Full training and study support provided for part-qualified candidates.
