We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Administrator who is fluent in multiple languages. This role is based in Brighton and will support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and other languages, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist with translation and interpretation tasks as needed.
- Handle phone calls and emails in both English and other languages.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and other languages (both written and spoken).
