Role Overview:As a Client Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for valued clients and accounts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring their satisfaction, managing inquiries, and advocating for their needs. This position offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000, along with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for clients, managing inquiries, documenting their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Mailbox Management: Take ownership of client email requests. Efficiently categorise and assign tasks, escalating critical matters to Relationship Managers as necessary.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Attend client meetings as required to foster strong relationships.
  • Sales & Opportunity Development: Assist Relationship Managers in promoting the organisation's products and services. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive success.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, handle service tickets, and manage account documentation to ensure efficiency.
  • Problem Solving & Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently and escalations are addressed promptly. Your advocacy will strengthen client trust and satisfaction.
