We are seeking a CAD Technician to join our established and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in scaffold drafting, temporary works, or structural detailing and a strong ability to produce high-quality technical drawings. Working closely with the scaffold design team, you will create accurate and practical scaffold drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to produce efficient and safe scaffold solutions. CAD Technician - Position Remuneration:

  • Full-time position - Monday to Friday

CAD Technician - Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed scaffold drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Creating 2D and 3D models for temporary works and scaffold structures.
  • Interpreting and referencing structural and architectural drawings to develop scaffold solutions.
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with site visits and surveys to collect relevant data for drawings.
  • Liaising with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and modifications.
  • Ensuring all drawings adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

CAD Technician - Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scaffold drafting or temporary works.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
  • Ability to interpret complex structural and construction drawings.
  • Good understanding of temporary works, scaffolding standards, and structural principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design teams and clients.
