Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting an exciting and established business in Brighton. Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator for a full-time, permanent role. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be supporting the accounts receivable function with a range of finance administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and code financial transactions
- Conduct accounts receivable reconciliations
- Address and resolve queries, liaising with team members as needed
- Match and allocate income payments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider business to achieve KPIs
- Assist with various ad hoc projects
About You:
- Proven experience in finance, particularly in sales ledger or accounts receivable administration
- Ability to commute to Brighton on a hybrid work basis
- Available to start with a notice period of one month or less
