Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join an established and well-known business just outside Brighton on a part time permanent basis.

This is a great role for someone who has some experience in finance and is looking for further development. You will have the chance to get involved in other areas of the team and be part of a business where progression is on offer.

Your duties will include:

  • Support the income team with a verity of daily income tasks
  • Posting transactions and allocating payments
  • Debit and Credits
  • Matching payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Respond to queries allocated via ticketing system and help the team keep on top of matching and unallocated income
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other colleagues

Key requirements:

  • Experience of working within an Income/Accounts Receivable function would be ideal
  • Working knowledge of fundamental accounting techniques, such as debits & credits, posting and matching transactions
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills
