Role: Global Head of Product Marketing
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: 70,000 - 80,000 per annum

A fantastic, unique opportunity has arisen for a Global Head of Product Marketing to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting household name in the retail industry, at their vibrant office in Brighton.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in senior brand development roles within retail, FMCG, or beauty brands.
  • Proven expertise in brand building, category strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Strong background in NPD, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and profitability management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience, including coaching and team management.
  • Ability to leverage consumer insights into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and leading projects.
  • International experience strongly preferred.

The Role:

  • Own and drive the overall category strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Safeguard and enhance brand equity, ensuring all communication aligns with brand values.
  • Develop and execute a three-year strategy to build the core business and drive innovation.
  • Optimise portfolio based on recruitment, retention, and consumption drivers, with clear pricing and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Digital, etc.) to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop business cases, set category targets, and monitor KPIs pre- and post-launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend reporting to maintain brand relevance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Engage with key markets and ensure strategic alignment across all channels.
  • Continuously seek efficiency improvements and cost reductions within the business.
