Cleaner£26K per annum4 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidaysMonday-Friday0800-1600/0900-1700Company car and phone providedCleaning duties to be carried across our extensive residential property portfolio.Duties:General cleaning of the communal hallways and areas including:Hoovering stairwells and landing areas throughout each property.Washing all front doors to apartments within the communal areas.Polishing all front doors to apartments including door furniture within the communal areas.Washing and polishing of main front door to building including door furniture.Dusting and polishing all surfaces including door frames, skirting boards, dado rails and internal cupboards within the communal areas.Dusting and polishing stair handrails / bannisters.Dusting/ cleaning of light fittings and switches and plug sockets.Where required internal glass cleaning to communal areas only.Fragrance spraying from top to bottom of communal areas.General ad-hoc cleaning as required.If you have the right skills and a valid driving licence, please apply today.
