We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our clients Partnerships team within the Marketing/Proposition/Partnerships Department. This role involves managing all product partner relationships, generating partnership income, and maximising opportunities to support member engagement and retention. The successful candidate will continuously develop the membership proposition to ensure it remains relevant and inspiring to existing members and attractive to new members.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead the Partnerships team, including full staff and budget management.
- Oversee account management of a diverse range of partners to deliver agreed commercial targets, member experience, and product/service quality.
- Attend regular meetings and organise periodical reviews to ensure partnership effectiveness.
- Achieve partnership usage and income targets along with other agreed organisational KPIs, providing regular, accurate reporting against these measures.
- Ensure all partnerships operate within relevant regulatory and legal frameworks (e.g., FCA, data protection, health & safety) to meet Boundless regulatory and legal obligations.
- Deliver strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Head of Proposition and the Senior Events Manager.
- Optimise the member journey when transacting with Boundless products, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve the member experience.
- Monitor and review all existing contracts and associated risks, negotiating the best deals for Boundless and its members, and source new partners to deliver great offers and value.
- Assist the marketing team with the creation and delivery of marketing plans, providing a critical link to external partners and signing off all partnership marketing material.
- Support Member Services with any disputes or complaints related to partnership products/services, closely monitoring member satisfaction.
- Relevant experience managing a range of external partnerships.
- Excellent relationship management skills and experience negotiating with existing and prospective partners at all levels.
- Relevant line management experience.
- Experience managing a budget and driving revenue through partnership income.
- Ability to create documents and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders to a high standard.
- Contract management experience.
- Good understanding of digital and print marketing.
- Confident, articulate, and enthusiastic approach with a passion for success.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools and applications.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (FCA or similar).
- Relevant degree-level qualifications.
- Project management experience.
