What you'll do:

  • Be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
  • Efficiently address and resolve any client concerns.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and usage through key metrics.
  • Develop and implement quality standards and processes for the delivery of IT professional services, ensuring that they meet the requirements of clients and relevant industry standards. Align our services with clients' business objectives.
  • Identify and promote additional services to enhance client operations.
  • Support contract renewals and expansions.
  • Implement client feedback to improve our offerings.
  • Work with the Technical and Helpdesk Managers to ensure that all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high quality IT professional services.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with stakeholders at senior management and director level.
  • Continuous improvement ethic - able to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capability.
  • A genuine passion for technology and the value it brings to a business.
  • Microsoft Cloud & remote technology experience.
  • Knowledge of end-user IT technologies.
  • Proven experience in service management, including service desk, IT support, and ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Comfortable making decisions under pressure and solving complex issues effectively.
