Our client are actively seeking experienced and driven telephone professionals for a Telemarketing and Lead Generation role.
This role involves business-to-business telephone correspondence, securing and qualifying leads.
Your responsibilities will sometimes involve direct selling but more often focus on lead generation over the phone. You will be telemarketing and generating B2B leads.
This is a key business development role that involves the successful candidate to make a large volume of outbound calls daily to source qualified leads.
B2B lead generation, building & maintaining a customer database, and cold calling businesses are duties you will perform on a daily basis.
You will be working from their office in Brighton and this is a permanent and full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Extensive B2B outbound lead generation or telemarketing experience.
- Be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously.
- Excellent phone manner and able to handle a vast array of potential clientele.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills.
- Hunger to exceed KPI's and succeed.
- Show stability and reliability.
- Driven and passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Looking for a permanent, long term position.
You will need to be flexible to work between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
£22,000 - £28,000 starting salary and OTE.
