Experienced Carpenter required for work on a large over 55s social housing contract in the Brighton Area.
Permanent position on a salary of £35,840 per annum + van and fuel card with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.
Carpenter Day to Day:
- Maintenance and repairs on occupied social housing for the over 55s.
- Completing a range of carpentry tasks varying daily
- Driving to jobs in your designated area
- Writing up about your work
- Reporting to a Supervisor
Carpenter Requirements:
- Good carpentry experience
- Previous experience working in social housing
- NVQ in Carpentry (desireable)
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
