Carpenter

Experienced Carpenter required for work on a large over 55s social housing contract in the Brighton Area. 

Permanent position on a salary of £35,840 per annum + van and fuel card with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career. 

Carpenter Day to Day:

• Maintenance and repairs on occupied social housing for the over 55s.
• Completing a range of carpentry tasks varying daily
• Driving to jobs in your designated area
• Writing up about your work
• Reporting to a Supervisor

Carpenter Requirements:

• Good carpentry experience 
• Previous experience working in social housing
• NVQ in Carpentry (desireable)
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
