As a key member of the team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse caseload while delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Case Preparation: Draft case risk assessments to enable informed decisions, and open client files with precision, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, LawNet, and Panel requirements.
  • Transaction Management: Handle SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications, completion statements, and invoices, ensuring every detail is accurate and completed on time.
  • Document Creation: Prepare standard legal documents, including mortgage deeds, and use precedents to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage time records, diary updates, and disbursements while maintaining accurate ledger accounts and ensuring all files are up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist Partners and Solicitors with ad-hoc tasks and client reporting, contributing to the team’s overall success.
