The Flint House restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standard, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities/requirements

  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standard
  • Maintaining and managing prep levels
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Assisting with menu planning and development
  • Following recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar kitchen environment
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisines
  • Experience in managing and training junior chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
