Sous chef required in East Sussex for a Pub and Restaurant, this role is within driving distance of Brighton. They have a fresh food menu with pub classics but with a modern twist. Parking available, this is working under a head chef. Sous chef £40k package, broken down as £35-37k basic and service charge paid every 4 weeks (currently at £600 per 4 weeks).

The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will work on a section when the head chef is in and run the pass when he is off. You will work on a key section in the kitchen, ensure everything runs smoothly.This sous chef role will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Experience
we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, ideally a pub or restaurant background. you will be a hands on chef and able to run a section
