Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work in Brighton and the surrounding areas. As a family-run business based on the South Coast near Brighton, they are a leading Commercial Heating & Ventilation company serving the catering, hospitality, and public sectors, providing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Due to continued demand, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer. The role involves attending restaurants, hotels, schools, pubs, and private properties across Sussex, Surrey, and the Kent border.
Commercial Gas Engineer Job OverviewThe Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis on a wide range of commercial heating systems. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues in various settings, including restaurants, hotels, schools, pubs, and private properties. The engineer will ensure all work is completed to high industry standards following latest legislation and compliance. All work will be across Sussex, Surrey and Kent Boarder
Commercial Gas Engineer Job Requirements- ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas Tickets
- Experience covering mixed commercial contracts
- Additional electrical competency will be beneficial
- Full UK Driving license
- 48,000 - £52,000 dependant on experience
- 40-hour week
- Travel paid door to door
- Overtime 1.5x & 2x
- 21 days Holiday + Bank Holidays & rising with service
- Call out rota - 1 in 5 (Standby payments paid)
