Our client, a manufacturer and supplier of Adhesives and DIY products, is seeking an Area Sales Manager with customer-facing experience in the DIY or trade sector.
The role involves managing region-specific customers, introducing products to various merchants, and ensuring client satisfaction to grow revenue.
Candidates should have sales and merchandising experience and a full UK Driving License.
The position covers territories including RG, SL, GU, and others, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service.
The salary for this role is £37K per annum, accompanied by a generous bonus, pension, and additional benefits.

Established over 20 years ago, our client is a manufacturer & supplier of Adhesives, Sealants & many other DIY products. They are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join them.

Territory: RG, SL, GU, PO, RH, BN, TN, ME, CT, KT, SM, SW, CR, SE, BR, and DA

The Role

Manage all region-specific customers without compromising on quality of service.
Merchandising & product introduction into Builders Merchants, Plumbers Merchants & DIY trade businesses (independent & chain)
Grow the company's revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
Act as the main point of contact between customers & internal sales.
Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customised solutions.

The Candidate

Customer facing experience
Experience within the DIY or trade sector
Sales / merchandising experience
A full UK Driving License
