Are you passionate about digital marketing and have a love for fine wines and spirits? Located in the heart of Brighton, our client is looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to join their team. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The Client:

Our client is a well-established, growing company known for its exceptional range of wines and spirits. The Team is composed of enthusiastic individuals who share a passion for our industry and committed to pushing the boundaries of online retail, and they need someone who can help them achieve their ambitious goals

You'll have:

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Experience with Word Press and Mailchimp is highly beneficial.
  • A good mix of technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A self-motivated, reliable individual with a ‘can-do' attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive online sales through strategic digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Boost brand visibility to attract new customers and increase conversion rates to sustained revenue.
  • Enhance the customer shopping experience, focusing on both profitability and market share.
  • Create and update engaging website content, including product descriptions and images, using the latest SEO techniques.
  • Act as the primary contact for our e-commerce partners.
  • Monitor web analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for site performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and technological improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with online retail laws including data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop content for social media and assist with email marketing efforts.
