Reed is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for a 12-month contract to oversee our online sales and presence. The role involves managing our ecommerce strategy, improving the user experience, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be innovative, data-driven, and have a strong background in ecommerce platforms.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to maximise sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for website optimisation.
  • Manage and optimise online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained and product listings are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new ecommerce opportunities and threats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
