Description
As the Head of Marketing Campaigns you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the email channel, optimising customer journeys, executing key communications (e.g., newsletters), and developing nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
- Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
- Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success
- Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels
- Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.
Profile
The successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role; with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience - ideally gained within events or working with B2B events
- A strong track record of managing teams
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills
- The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
