The opportunity:

Join a small but growing sales function with big plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continue their growth trajectory.

Work closely with the CRO to build out the revenue strategy, focussing largely on optimising inbound lead conversion, but also building an outbound sales approach that will exceed growth targets!

Lead a team off 3, mentor, motivate and drive performance as you build your sales leadership career!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a full step into sales leadership within a business that will only continue to expand! You’ll also work closely with a CRO that has worked for some of the most recognisable tech brands on the planet!

Who fits this role:

  • Experience and track record in SaaS Sales, personally delivering a new business sales quota.
  • Prior experience in Team Management, leadership, coaching or mentorship.
  • Self-motivated and keen to make a difference. We want someone to come with ideas and answers or seek them!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.

Bonus points:

  • Experience within InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech or GRC solutions.

The package:

  • £60,000 basic with a double (uncapped) OTE - £120k
