We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join a leading SaaS company and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building processes, and mentoring future sales stars.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will take on a player/coach role, splitting your time between:
- Driving New Business: Actively engaging in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals to win new logos.
- Leading and Growing the Team: Developing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing inside sales team.
- Building Strategies for Success: Implementing innovative sales strategies, refining processes, and ensuring the team exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Sales: Lead by example in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the marketing and document management SaaS space.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of inside sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools and sales data to monitor KPIs, track performance, and inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in SaaS Sales: Proven success in a SaaS environment, preferably with marketing-related or document management solutions.
- Player/Coach Approach: A hands-on leader who can close deals while mentoring and inspiring the team.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive new business sales and exceed targets.
- Process-Oriented: Strong experience in implementing and optimizing sales strategies, workflows, and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

The company is based in Brighton and they are totally open in terms of location - so can be full-time in the office, Hybrid or Remote with occasional office visits. They want the right person, they're not bothered about your location (although must be the UK!).

Salary: £60-70,000 Basic + Commission + Benefits (OTE 110,000)
