We are looking for a data driven Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing business in the SaaS sector. This technical Marketing role will need someone passionate about data, with lots of experience in Paid Social Media /PPC and tons of B2B marketing experience.

Job duties:

  • Take ownership of the global digital marketing strategy
  • Manage significant budgets across multiple channels
  • Drive lead acquisition and brand awareness
  • Execute scalable, data driven marketing campaigns, optimising marketing technology
  • Manage and optimise paid media budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI)
  • Drive lead acquisition through paid media channels
  • Work directly with HubSpot to map addressable audiences, track engagement and intent, and optimise activity

Skills & experience required:

  • Strong B2B performance marketing experience
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and significant budgets
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager
  • Passionate about data with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with raw data, connected datasets, pivot tables etc
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Desirable: Google Ads certification and experience with Clearbit, Figma and Microsoft Power BI
