About Us:

At NCP, we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Executive to be a pivotal part of our commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to progress, grow, or kickstart their sales journey. What You'll be doing as a Regional Sales Executive:

  • Drive Revenue Performance: Sell NCPs products, including Season tickets, NCP App, Validations, and Event Sales, TV/Film production to boost revenue across NCPs car parks.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and related monthly KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work in partnership with other functions to create relevant customer and market sales propositions.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand strategic targets by product and car park, working closely with Commercial Managers to maximize revenue and volume return.
  • Reporting: Report success and align the right product with the right car park, demonstrating results to the business.

The role is regional field based, covering all leased car parks in the area thereforethere is an expectation of regular travel and overnight stays. There will be ad hoc weekend working during peak season and events.

What You'll Bring:

  • Sales Experience: Proven end-to-end sales experience.
  • Self-Motivation: Committed and driven, with the ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills to develop business relationships with clients and customers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Confident in financial and commercial acumen, understanding multi-site revenue generation is a plus.
