Your new companyAn award-winning financial services organisation, based in the heart of Brighton are hiring a Sales Executive to join their team. Working in brand-new offices (complete with roof terrace!), you will join a dedicated sales team, who strive to always put the customer first. A FTSE listed business, they are well established with nearly 100 years' experience in the sector and nearly 4000 employees in the UK.Your new roleWorking in the Telesales team, you will be calling a range of businesses and booking appointments for the Field Sales Team to pitch for new business. Typical duties include: high volume outbound calls (100+ per day), updating CRM and arranging appointments. Calls will be predominantly following up on leads, online quotes and enquiries, as well as contacting previous users. You will receive full training on financial products and on the job coaching/support. You will work towards achievable targets, which will increase as you gain experience. KPI's include appointments booked, conversion rates and call volumes.This role is 100% office based with a 37.5 hour working week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.What you'll need to succeedYou'll have previous B2B sales experience, ideally phone based or within financial services. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are also a must! This position is 5 days a week in the office, so you will live within a commutable distance of central Brighton. You will be resilient and target driven - this is a sales position!!What you'll get in returnYou'll receive an annual salary of £27k plus commission (circa £35k OTE, based on sales/revenue generated), full training will be provided and a generous benefits package is offered.
