What's involved?
As the Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of revenue generation for the hotel. This involves a comprehensive approach to sales, including proactive lead generation, account management, negotiation, and closing deals. You will also collaborate with the General Manager and Area Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. A strong background in hotel sales is essential for this role.
