Initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract we are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Events Marketing Manager to join an international events company in central Brighton starting as soon as possible.

You will lead on B2B Marketing campaigns using your previous events management and marketing experience to assist in creating and delivering market leading events across the globe.

Job duties

  • Work on a portfolio of international events
  • Deliver impactful marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results across email, social media, and paid digital advertising
  • Excel in strategic thinking, leveraging market trends, and identifying growth opportunities to create successful campaigns
  • Define and track KPIs, establishing clear success metrics for attendance, engagement, audience growth etc and then measuring performance
  • Develop content through the creation and curation of marketing collateral
  • Manage social media by developing strategies to promote events through platforms, leveraging both organic and paid approaches
  • Liaise with senior-level speakers, sponsors, and influencers to engage in community marketing of conferences
  • Research, negotiate and secure marketing partnerships with relevant industry associations, trade media and investor bodies
  • Oversee design and print of conference brochures and materials
  • Attend and help run conferences as part of the event team
  • Lead on post event reporting, capture testimonials etc

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous B2B Marketing experience including Project Management, Content Creation and B2B Social Media (LinkedIn)
  • Event management and event marketing experience
  • Experience of leading and managing events autonomously
  • Website CMS and SEO experience
  • Data Segmentation and Email Marketing experience
  • Marketing Analytics experience
