A Construction Consultancy with a long-history of working with important clients are seeking a confident Building Control Professional, to join their Building Regulation Principal Design team. This company operate a flexible work pattern and allow their staff to be autonomous, however they have a core of social staff who enjoy office life.

The Building Control Consultant Role

You will be responsible for consulting with clients on Building Regulation and BSA matters whilst receiving support from a Building Regulation Principal Designer and other Building Control professionals.

The Successful Building Control Consultant Will Have:

  • 2+ years within Building Control (required)
  • Knowledge of the Building Safet Act 2022
  • Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT (required)
