What you'll need to succeed A forward-thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management, particularly in Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles, is sought. A proven track record of delivering a range of Professional Services, including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and Defect Diagnostic Investigations, is essential. A positive attitude towards work, a commitment to personal development, and a desire to excel as part of a successful and growing practice are crucial.
