An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting household name in their Brighton head office.

The Requirements:
- Experience providing commercial, analytical, and decision-making support in a retail or consumer business is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP systems (BW/Hana) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Understanding of different business models (Head Franchise, Sub-Franchise, Company, Direct) is advantageous.
The Role:
- Maintain accurate wholesale pricing data and ensure all price changes are approved and loaded correctly.
- Support the new product sell-in process from start to finish, including preparing order forms, liaising with Supply Chain and Brand Teams, and tracking order returns.
- Conduct month-end pricing checks and maintain a robust process.
- Collaborate with Forecasting and Supply Chain teams to optimise stock and address shortages.
- Oversee the Value Offer credit process for franchise partners.
- Assist the Commercial Manager with reports, data sourcing, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Support international markets and franchise partners by addressing pricing queries and providing product updates.
- Maintain key reports, tools, and pricing documentation.
