A leading design and build provider working in the water sector is looking for a Commercial Manager to provide leadership and management to the commercial delivery teams and core team functions for the business. Along with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including hybrid working, a car/car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy additional days, a pension scheme, life assurance, health insurance, private medical insurance plus much more! As Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the out performance of projects & Tranches of projects.
  • Providing commercial & contractual support to the Procurement team.
  • Providing input to Continuous development of Commercial Strategy for Pre works orders & Construction Phase.
  • Leading the team in the tranche programme.
  • Continuously reviewing resource levels to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Advising on resourcing requirements.
  • Supporting the recruitment of resources.
  • Supporting in providing contractual and commercial training to all staff.
  • Supporting in review and continuous development of processes and procedures
  • Undertaking approvals to gates and other processes in accordance with the authority matrix.
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager with:
  • Professionally qualified to RICS, CMinstCES or previous experience in a management & leadership role.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft products, Excel in particular.
  • Experience & Knowledge of IT reporting systems
