- P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of the allocated area, focusing on tariff modeling, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to grow revenue.
- Team Leadership: Manage a Commercial Area Sales Executive and work closely with the sales team to meet season ticket targets, KPI performance, and revenue goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new sites into the territory, securing revenue targets through partnerships, value-added services, and commercial deals.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Commercial Operations Managers to drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards across all car park sites, including cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and respond to competitor activity to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Work with the Customer Contact Centre to monitor and improve service levels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Support: Act as an escalation point for operational issues, empowering the Commercial Operations Manager to manage local teams and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or multi-site management role with a strong focus on P&L management and revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of pricing models, revenue generation, and budget management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with clients and customers, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Experience in pricing models, multi-site operations, and commercial deal construction.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience in an operational environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Ability to think strategically and react swiftly to operational challenges.
