We have an opportunity for a sales driven candidate to join an established family business in Brighton in a telesales role where your work with outbound sales and appointment setting skills will allow you to earn based on the effort you put in. Candidates with upselling and cross selling skills as part of customer service experience will also be considered.
This is an outbound sales role working as a Sales Executive with warm leads.
This telesales role involves:
- Making 80 to 100 outbound calls B2C per day, with the aiming of booking in 10 appointments per day
- Contacting customers from referrals and online enquiries to book qualified appointments
- Maintaining high levels of customer service throughout all communication
- Responding to email enquiries from customers
- Learning the technical aspects of the company’s services
- Managing diaries and appointment changes/scheduling conflicts for the inspectors
- Handling related contract administration
Skills & experience required:
- We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is target driven
- Previous sales experience or strong customer service skills with experience of upselling / cross-selling
- Attention to detail with administrative tasks and good written communication
Salary, hours and company benefits:
- Basic salary of £25,400 plus commission with a realistic OTE of £35,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, fully office based in Brighton
