We are recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager local to Brighton with NICIEC / QS experience.

As an Electrical Contracts Manager you bemanage a new Contract that is a 5+ years in length while overseeing installation works as carried out by the engineers and apprentices within this contract.

As an Electrical Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:

• Project / Client Management: Management of day-to-day projects/client associated works.
• Line Management and Supervision of Staff: Management of engineers / lead engineer site supervisors.
• Compliance / Technical: Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures, assessments, statements, plans, conditions, and codes, as administered by the Directors.
• Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental: Ensure compliance with all company regulatory H&S, quality processes, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Financial Responsibilities: Produce schedules, negotiate costs and timescales, agree best methods and practices to meet budgetary constraints, ensuring quality and time expectations are adhered to.

As an Electrical Contract Manager you will receive: 52,000 (salary), Company Vehicle (Diesel or Electric), Sick, Pension an more.
