We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to carry out fabric condition surveys across a higher education property in Sussex. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience conducting building fabric condition surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of building pathology, materials, and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred but not essential.
  • Access to own transport to travel to the site.
