Role Overview:As a Principal Built Heritage Consultant, you will take the lead in managing the built heritage team, delivering high-profile and complex projects that contribute to the preservation and development of the UK's historic environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, drafting reports, offering expert advice, managing client and subcontractor relationships, attending meetings, and preparing planning appeals. In addition to managing projects, you will mentor junior team members, ensuring the highest standards are maintained and that projects are delivered efficiently.
