Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge within a key joint venture in the water industry? Our client, a leading partnership between two major contractors, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee key water infrastructure projects in the Brighton area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Oversee the site workforce and ensure that all activities are aligned with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and maintain accurate records of site activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring any challenges are resolved swiftly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain effective communication with the client, ensuring that all project requirements and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
