Salary Up to 65,000 + Travel Included
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to join a growing construction business delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects across the South East. Working on projects from 100k to 20m, this role will be key in driving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites.
The Role
This position will suit a proactive Health & Safety professional with a strong background in construction safety management, looking to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Health and safety manager you will develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
- As a Health and safety manager you will deliver training sessions and promote a strong safety culture
- As a Health and safety manager you will conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- As a Health and safety manager you will investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring corrective actions
- As a Health and safety manager you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- As a Health and safety manager you will provide guidance and support to project teams
What You'll Need:
- As a Health and safety manager you will have strong understanding of health & safety legislation in construction
- As a Health and safety manager you will have experience in site safety management & compliance
- As a Health and safety manager you will have the ability to conduct risk assessments & accident investigations
- As a Health and safety manager you will have excellent communication & leadership skills
- As a Health and safety manager you will have relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
