Job Title: Contract Manager (Flooring)

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager in flooring projects.
• Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• SMSTS and CSCS certification preferred.
