Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for an exciting new role in the Brighton area? We are working with a fast growing chartered accountancy firm who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their lively team.
The firm are based in lovely offices in the heart of Brighton, they offer excellent training and support and a friendly working environment
Responsibilities
路 Communicating with clients directly, and business owners via email & telephone
路 Using software to send statements and record notes on (training will be provided)
路 Liaising with internal managers, partners, Head of Finance & Chief Finance Officer
路 Working out payment plans
路 Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
路 Processing card payments
路 Escalation of debtors for legal action
About you
Our ideal candidate for this Credit Controller role will have:
路 A couple of years Credit Control experience
路 Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
路 Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
路 Good experience of working within a business to business setting
路 Previous accounts experience is desirable but not essential
