A well established organisation based in Brighton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Credit Controller.

Description

As Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

Communicating with clients directly via email & telephone
Using software to send statements
Liaising with internally with colleagues regarding any queries
Working out payment plans
Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
Processing card payments

Profile

Credit Control experience
Excel and accounting software
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Good attention to detail
The ability to prioritise
