A well respected Brighton employer are looking to add to their finance team by recruiting a full time permanent Senior Credit Controller/Collections Team Leader.

Description

As Senior Credit Controller/Collections Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Manage key agent accounts
  • Responding to emails
  • Producing statements or receipts
  • Allocation of monies received
  • Run weekly debtors reports
  • Ensure debtors reports are kept up to date with detailed information i.e. debt progress.
  • Resolving queries and escalation cases for any late payers
  • Daily banking
  • Allocating monies received
  • Responding to emails

  • Following up on payment plans, and updating where appropriate
