Our client is actively seeking experienced and driven customer service professionals for a permanent customer service and sales role.
You will be working from their office in central Brighton and this opportunity is available on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role will involve handling incoming customer enquiries as well as occasional outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Customer service experience (ideally in an office environment).
- Be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously.
- Excellent phone manner and able to handle a vast array of potential clientele.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills.
- Show stability and reliability.
- Driven and passionate about delivering great customer service.
The office is open business hours Monday to Friday so the working week will be 35 hours across 5 days.
Annual salary starting from £23,000 plus uncapped commission.
