Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their multilingual team in central Brighton. You'll handle guarantee of payments, validate cover with insurers, and support case managers. This is a chance to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Requirements:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong customer service focus, working closely with clients
  • Results-oriented and able to work productively under pressure

The Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and addressing claimants' needs, providing professional advice, and empathetically resolving medical and insurance matters
  • Ensuring claims are processed in line with the relevant policy terms and conditions
  • Coordinating with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents (cost containment services)
  • Offering guidance and support to less experienced International Case Managers
  • Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date and consistent workflows
  • Providing translation and language support services
  • Handling ad hoc requests from Team Leaders, Duty Operations Managers, the Compliance Manager, Senior Management, and the Director
