  • Experience in a high-performing customer support team, handling both inbound and outbound inquiries
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-facing knowledge bases
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
  • Adaptable to changing situations without compromising standards
  • Available to work a 40-hour shift pattern, Monday to Friday (8 am - 6 pm)
  • Thrive in navigating ambiguity and finding clarity

The Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from existing customers, addressing a variety of queries
  • Respond to customers promptly, professionally, and with a personal touch
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a personalised, human approach
  • Understand our products thoroughly to provide clear and helpful responses to customer questions
  • Accurately log customer information and policy details in our internal systems
  • Assist with processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellations of policies
  • Meet the Customer Support Team's SLAs and KPIs consistently
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed and provide support to other team members
  • Contribute to a growing team, playing a key role in our continued international success
